Weight loss

I forgot to post my weightloss. I lost 5.6 pounds....

I have made a list of the meals that we are eating for the next 14 days. I am going to the store tonight to stock up.

last night i made:
corn
egg noodles with little olive oil
fliet with garlic and little olive oil

dessert 2pt calorie snack pack
