Last night I didn't get to go to ww because of the snow. It was cancelled. I did weigh myself and was 4.6 pounds lighter.... good week especially with new years eve dinner and new years day dinner.
I don't have a new tracker for this week. I am trying to use the tracker again on the bottom of the page of each day.Last week I didn't get enough water in. I bought a new water bottle to use.I am hoping that this helps.
First goal is 10 lbs. My goal is to get to 10lbs by week 4.
