Did the scale say what....WOW I have gained a lot of weight, in fact I have gained back all of the 28 pounds that I lost the first time around on Weight Watchers 4 years ago. GREAT... How the hell did this happen. Thats what i have been thinking for the past few days in my head. At least my husband will tell me well yes you have gained weight. You need to slim down.There are a few reasons why I am not really going to get into it. Nothing medical, just shit in my head.
So my butt will be at weight watchers meeting tommorow. I am sure its going to be packed, but I will be at the meeting. My first goal is to be faithful TOTALLY faithful for a month. First time around my first month I lost 12 pounds. I could use that again. I got a new ipod for xmas i will be using that for walking on the treadmill I have downloaded 22 min of songs. I am going to download a few more to make it to 30 min so I will have to walk until I hear all the songs. Little things work with me.
I have been very unhappy with my figure for about a year or so. I need to be in the 150's to be ok with myself. Its just how I work. Some people are 400 lbs and ok with it. They are ok but would like to loose that extra 5 lbs, me I feel ok around 150. Well, now my goal is 5 lbs. Thats how I am going to work this. 5 lbs at a time. Everytime I loose 5 lbs I am going to do something for myself. When I loose the first 5 I will tell you all what the prize is.Thats all I can say, once I get into the 160 and 170's I start to freak, I usually have a handle on it, but not this time. I feel like, I don't know what I feel like to explain it but shit.....
Speaking of the ipod. Any suggestions of good upbeat songs for me to put on it to keep me walking?????
