Looks like its going to be a white xmas

It looks like its going to be a white xmas. We are supposed to get 10-12 inches tonight and another smaller storm on Monday, and another one on wed. Blaze is mad because he needs to fix his snowmobile in order to ride it. I am sure that at somepoint he will bring it over and get it fixed. In order to ride on the trails we really need about 15-18 inches on the trails for a good ride. We are due for a snow packed winter we really haven't had one since 2000-2001. The year we got the sled we were out three times a week riding all the time. ( the trails go to some of the resturants we like) we would ride for dinner....

I have a big week ahead of me. I have a party for 26 on sat. We are having our families over for a xmas party. Everyone has been great about asking what they could bring which is great. Less for me to do. I am thankful.

So I have been riding in my rental all this week. I don't think i will be getting a minivan anytime soon. Not really impressed with the toyota minivan. I like my wagon much better...I would prob. get a crossover before i would think about the minivan, oh and i swore i wouldn't be like my mom and get a minivan. HA

We are helping family members move tonight. Busy, busy, busy and we need to get to the grocery store before the end of the night because i am not good in driving in 12+ inches of snow. Every winter i tell blaze i want a tahoe and then every summer i tell him i love my jeep, when the top is down.....

Xmas Tour of My House

I want to start off by saying that yesterday I had a crazy day. I went to get an oil change on my work car and asked if they can look into the noise coming from the front end of the car, ya it was the transmission. I have a rental until the end of the week, they gave me a minivan great....

Winter wonder land

I had a great dinner last night at my fav. place. www.theinnatstarlightlake.com. Its so relaxing, everyone knows us and we its nice to just relax after a long day.. We are headed there for new years which they are promoting 100 years that the inn has been open.. We will be featured on the website when they kick off the new year.

We are off to Blazes xmas party tonight, I get to meet all the people that he works with. I went to the mall yesterday and braved the traffic to get a new outfit. Jcpenny got to love it. I got two pairs of pants and a sweater. All for 40 bucks.

I need to wax my eyebrows, and get my sasha fierce on for this party... ha gotta love christmas...

Xmas presents

I got a start on the xmas presents... I got isabella her gifts. Some wooden eggs and pots for the play kitchen that she is getting from santa. I also got her little bottles for her baby and a little backpack with things for her dolls. A really cute shirt, i love kmart. Got it all for under $35 dollars.

As for everyone else didn't do a single thing yet.. All the surrounding schools are closed today and I assume that they will be closed tommorow we are supposed to get 4-8 inches and ice, rain, and snow. I am stuck here. I do have alot of computer work to get done and i have about 10 loads of laundry to get started with. Should last me the whole day. Now tommorow on the other hand not so sure. I wanted to get paint to do my master bedroom, but didn't get the paint yesterday. Should have.

I am thinking about a vacation. We didn't take one this past summer. We didn't go anywhere but to baltimore for two days and well it had to do with my husbands work. I am hoping that the house sells by the summer. If so we are thinking about another National Park, maybe Yosemite, wanted to do alaksa but the more i looked into it its really expensive and out of the budget for this year. Yosemite, I think that we can do a great vacation for 10 days for 3,500 total. We did yellowstone for 10 days and it costs us 3,500 total. It was a great time. I will tell you what I find..

xmas

I haven't done anything for xmas yet, except get a tree. Usually by this time the outside is decorated, i have some xmas presents bought, and the outside lights done. Oh no not this year. I need to get myself together and into the holiday spirit.

Last weekend flew by I didn't get anything done. I had a xmas party on sat which took up the whole day and on sun i had to work. Not much of a weekend. This comming weekend sat we have a xmas party, but on sunday I am going to get the lights outside and hopefully the xmas cards out...

I am thinking of shopping online this year. I am going to be like most americans this year cutting back on the amount of gifts. I am thinking that I might do some baking and get some wine small gifts.

Well i am off to work...

Pilates

I took my first Pilates class last night. It was awesome. I really like the teacher and its amazing the workout that you get(with your socks on). Although, I am feeling it this morning. I am glad that I went and can't wait until next tues. I signed up for the beginner series, which is 4 classes. It is at the himalayan institute on main street. Awesome place downstairs is like starbucks, with books and different things to buy. Upstairs is where the class is, its relaxing to do the class in the dark with music. Love it love it love it. I went by my self and really enjoyed it. Can't wait until next week....The class also came with a book The Pilates Body by Brooke Siler. I have to read up...
