Flipping out

I am kind of flipping out becasue we have the pig roast on sat and I still have tons to do. I guess I will eventually get it all done. Just a little overwhelmed with it all.

We started to put the vinyl railing on the porch last night and it looks great. I am really happy with it.

I got a mirror for the flip at tjmax. Its black, distressed and big, great for the downstairs bathroom at the flip and it was 50 bucks. awesome.

We might have someone interested in buying the place already OMG we will have to keep our fingers posted on that one.

Was hoping to get this all done outside before we get our first payment from the bank. Which is in 16 days. We should be able to get it all done on the list except for the windows they aren't coming until the 16th and the landscaping, I haven't even thought about that yet. I always have a list. Now if I could only be the guys on the tv show that has the list and tells people to do the work instead of me doing the work on the list.uhhhh

PIG ROAST

I guess I really didn't get into detail in my last post about the party that I was having this week. Sorry.... I forgot to tell you sarah, if you are up it will be a fun time...

We are having a pig roast and well the list of invites keeps growing and growing thanks to Blaze. I feel like I have a million things to do and not enough time to get it all done.

I am hoping that it doesn't rain....

On another note if we get the house finished by aug we figured out our vacation spot.Kennebunport, Maine.

I am finally getting my hair cut and colored today. I am looking forward to it.

We finished painting the blue on the house. It looks really nice although the house now stands out in the neighborhood. GREAT....

I will post a picture this weekend of the railing and the finished painted house. We still have to put siding and a new roof on the garage.

I have to put some more weed killer on the grass, it is still a mess. I also eventually need to do some landscaping.

New windows are not coming until July 25th. ewwww

Its taking more time than I thought to get the painting done. The outside looks great. Can't wait to post a picture of it. Ordered the new railing, we should have that up by the end of the weekend. We have a busy week ahead...

painting

I have been painting all week, blaze is going to help me this weekend. Our goal is to get all the outside painting and accessories done this weekend except for the new vinyl railing.

Making the windows upstairs bigger, over budget on the windows by $600. Windows won't be in for 4 more weeks.

Good news, I have only used one gallon of paint, We will only need 3 gallons total.(Allumium paint goes a long way). We will be under budget on paint by $500 so I think we are still good on the $$$ end.

Got new numbers for the house, the numbers that I posted in a previous post I am going to take back to HD.(Home Depot) Money saved by doing that $20

We started demo on the inside,well blaze has. That in itself takes a while,especially when you are gutting the whole house.
